The patient portal (MyUofMHealth.org) offers many features that can help you manage your child’s health and save you time.
Features of the Patient Portal

Still not convinced that the portal is right for you? Read about some of the portal's great features below, or ask about signing up at your next clinic visit. Remember, access to the portal is available from your computer and smartphone - sending a blood sugar log can be as easy as snapping a picture with your phone's camera!
The U-M Patient Portal offers the following features:​

Video visits with your endocrinologist and/or other members of the U-M Pediatric Diabetes team

Upload blood sugar logs from your smartphone with just a few clicks

Send and receive messages from the U-M Pediatric Diabetes Team

View lab results, such as A1C and other screening tests

Request prescription refills

View and pay bills

Review health records, including: allergies, immunization history, current health issues, upcoming appointments, educational materials, and insurance information
Please note: Due to privacy laws, if your child is 13-17 years old, as a parent/guardian, you can view some, but not all of your child's health information via the patient portal. You may request access to additional information. If you have any questions, please discuss with a member of the U-M Pediatric Diabetes Team.
